Experience That Counts

I’ve spent years coaching athletes and individuals across a wide range of settings, from collegiate programs and private gyms to fully online coaching. I began my career through strength and conditioning internships at Pepperdine University and UCLA, working hands-on with college athletes to improve performance and reduce injury risk. Since then, I’ve coached athletes in off-season basketball facilities, worked with youth and adult MMA practitioners, and trained mountain sport athletes including skiers, snowboarders, and mountain bikers. Over the past five years, I’ve expanded my focus online, helping clients build strength, lose weight, and develop habits they can sustain long term.

How I Coach

I use evidence-based training principles and structured progression to drive strength and performance without unnecessary wear and tear. Programs are individualized, built around a client’s schedule, recovery capacity, and training history, and adjusted over time as life and stress fluctuate. The focus is sustainable progress. Getting stronger, staying pain-free, and avoiding burnout.

Who I Help

I work with people who want more than temporary results. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or someone looking to lose weight and feel capable in your body, I help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last.
